Learn to prepare the local dishes of Langhe in a unique setting: a winery in Roero with breath-taking views of the vineyard covered hills. In this experience you are guided by and expert English-speaking chef who will teach you to prepare some of the classic local recipes. You then get to enjoy the meal that you have prepared along with the local wines. Lunch is followed by the activity that Piedmont is most renowned for: truffle hunting (from October to the end of November). If the season does not permit truffle hunting, you can enjoy a spumante cellar tour and wine tasting in the Asti province.
